We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, where stock is available at our online warehouse, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

• Is at a flat rate of $14.00 – for orders over $350 delivery is FREE
• You should receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days
• To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address your order may be left there or if your address is a residence your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to produce ID and sign to pick it up
• We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number
• We use Australian Air Express for Australian deliveries
• Delivery of Gift Vouchers is at a flat rate of $4.00

Gifts

You have the option to send your orders as a gift for a small extra charge of $4. Gifts will be gift wrapped and we won’t send the invoice in the package. Please advise in comments field that item is a “GIFT” and any other relevant information or queries you may have.

• Delivery for Gift Vouchers is $4.00
• Your voucher will be sent via Registered Post using Australia Post
